Shipping Policy

Orders received by 2:00pm EST will usually ship on the same day.

After 2:00pm (EST), your order will ship the following business day.

All Standard Shipping orders ship via Priority Mail or USPS Ground depending on location of delivery. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO, & FPO address will be sent via Priority Mail only. At this time, we do ship internationally.

Any back ordered items that ship at a later time will not be charged additional shipping.

If your order is shipped via Standard Shipping, expect your order in 1-7 business days.

Florida Residents must add State Sales Tax. Remittance of any taxes on orders shipped outside of Florida is the responsibility of the purchaser.

CHIEF NATURAL LEAF does not ship products to Utah or South Dakota.

At House blends direct we strive to carry only the best LEAFS for your money. We stand behind every line of cigars that we carry. If for any reason you need to return your CHIEF for a credit within 30 days of purchase, you may do so. Here are our guidelines:

How To Make A Return

  • Call 321-214-5969 and ask for Customer Service between Monday and Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST to let us know to expect your return.

  • Specify if you’ll be wanting a credit or replacement.

  • Be sure when packaging your return to pack the cigars well. If cigars come back damaged due to less than adequate packaging no credit will be issued.
